Returning Student Registration

WHAT: Returning Student Registration for 2026-2027

WHEN: Opens July 1, 2026

WHO: Parents of students who finished the 25-26 school year at Vanston MS or an MISD campus and will be returning to Vanston MS or an MISD campus for 2026-2027

WHERE: Parent account in Skyward


  1. When logged into the parent account in Skyward, click "Returning Student Registration."
  2. Click here for helpful screenshots and steps. 
  3. Not returning to Vanston MS next year? Email lochoahernandez@mesquiteisd.org with the name of the new school to have records prepared for the new school.

WHY: This provides the campus with updated and accurate contact information for the upcoming school year and is required for your student's schedule to be viewable in Skyward when schedules are available in August.
